About The Event
Emergence is what happens before you’re seen.
It’s the quiet, in-between moments,
getting ready, taking care of yourself, sitting with something that is unique to each individual,
creating, healing, remembering.
Each piece in this space reflects a different version of that process.
From objects we use at home, to food shaped by the season,
to works that hold grief, nostalgia, or transformation.
Together, they tell a shared story:
we all go through something in the in-between.
And then, in our own way, we emerge.

Description: Hand-pulled lithograph prints on heavyweight 395gsm Somerset Satin archival paper using lithographic techniques. Plume 2025 is lithographic print collection created out of a desire for agency. Amanda felt like she needed to dissect, sacrifice, and kill the fractured parts of herself, to construct a singular perfected identity, even if it annihilated the body. The rapacity and hunger rendered monstrous.
